Chris was SUPPOSED to be taking care of Ellaiden while I cooked dinner. Notice both of their eyes.

at least ellaiden doesn't have chris's facial hair! have a GREAT trip and don't forget to come back to this hellish heat! we love you!

this is too funny! i have caught tim many times asleep with the girls like this, is this what they do when they say they are watching them, haha!

Ah Rod, you're so correct. This was indeed a posed shot. I was asleep though, until the flash popped up on the camera which stirred me awake. Jenny then said, "close your eyes again anyway."

So the shot you see is a me that's not actually asleep, thus the subtle grin which I didn't intend. Ellaiden is engaged in the real deal though. We haven't trained her to feign sleep . . . yet.
